Every approved frame of the film, in shot order. Under each frame: the line it carries, its colour, its camera move and trim length, then two toggles with the exact prompts. The still prompt is exactly what produced the frame. The motion prompt is exactly what animated it.
Still settings: Higgsfield, nano_banana_pro, 2k, 16:9. Motion settings: Seedance 2.0 in Dreamina, image to video from the first frame, 720p, sound off, a fixed 5 seconds, then trimmed.
Reading the prompts: “style pin 1, 2, 3” are the three paint references attached to every frame. “ELEMENT Chaleo” marks where a saved character reference was embedded. “approved S4a” means an earlier approved frame from this film was attached to hold a face, a prop or a room.
A note on the motion: these clips were our first pass at motion and the characters barely move (a breath and a blink). That made the film feel stiff. The fix, an action with a beginning and an end for every character, is in the workflow on GitHub.
